Mission Inn Trip
After I broke a couple of ribs slipping on the wet floor, Jan and I decided to recuperate at the Mission inn for 2 days. Neither of us had stayed at the mission before, although we had walked through a few times.
The place is really nice. We has a great time exploring all the nooks and crannies of this massive structure. Our room was very comfortable with all of the amenities. We had dinner a Duane's located in the mission. The food was top notch, although pricey ( but worth every penny). The area around the mission has all been renovated and is pretty. We stopped at the Farmer's Market for some fruit and walked through all of the memorials and park areas. We had a great time and plan on visiting again.
